If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@squareupcards.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, opened, or handled beyond normal inspection.
Refunds or replacements for approved issues will be processed once the claim is reviewed.
